Five Popular Students At University of Ibadan

University of Ibadan is unarguably the very best in Nigeria and and one the best in  West Africa at large, and there’s a certain prestige that comes with being a bonafide student of this great institution. From scholars the University has produced great women and men that our history will never forget so soon. The institution still keeps churning out great individuals who are relevant academically as well as in other spheres of influence.

You might have heard these names before, you have probably not. In either case, there are so many popular students at the university but in no particular order, here is a compilation of five.

1. Adewole Adeyinka (MASCOT)

Adewole Adeyinka popularly known as MASCOT is a student of Faculty of Veterinary medicine at the University of Ibadan. MASCOT is the current President of the Students Union of the Varsity. He contested for the post (2021/2022). 

MASCOT is a graduate of Animal Science from Osun state University and a researcher, a politically inclined individual. He is a resident of  Kenneth Mellanby Hall, the Premier Hall of residence in the University.

2. Adedigba Toluwalade Ademola ( MC TWINKLE)

Adedigba Toluwalade Ademola, popularly known as MC TWINKLE, is a 400 level student of the department of THEATRE ARTS, University of Ibadan. He is a media influencer, comedian and a Master of Ceremony of most events both on campus and off campus. He recently hosted the popular skitmaker, KieKie's wedding Thanksgiving party

3.Aweda Bolaji Damilola (OLOYE)

Aweda Bolaji Damilola popularly known as Oloye is a 300 level student of the Faculty of Veterinary medicine, University of Ibadan. He is the erstwhile Public Relation Officer of Lord Tedder hall. Oloye is one the popular influencers in the University. 

4. Oluseye Oluwaseun (Active Don)

Oluseye Oluwaseun popularly known as Active Don is a 300 level student of the Department of Theatre Arts, University of Ibadan. He is the present PRO of the Association of Faculty of Arts Students and known for disseminating information about happening on campus and beyond

5. Olalekan Michael Ajibola(OMA)

Olalekan Michael Ajibola popularly known as OMA, is a student of the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan. He contested for the Public Relation Officer of the Student Union which eventually emerged.
