Interview: Studentpreneur of The Week

An interview with 400l student of Department of Philosophy who doubles as an entrepreneur.

NAPS PRESS: Can we meet you ?

Nellyz: I’m Isaiah Gabriel Ndubuisi, a 400 level philosophy student, a REAL ESTATE consultant.

NAPS PRESS: How did venture into being a Realtor?

Nellyz: Thanks for engaging me on this. I’ve always loved to share my experience on my business life that many don’t know. Honestly, the journey started since I was a kid enough, I’ve always found myself doing one business or the order because  I enjoy every step/level it brings because that’s what “growth” entails. So, I got introduced to this amazing enterprise through my former room mate in my 300L who took me to a real estate conference in Lagos and that was how I signed up with the company after the outing and the rest they say is history. I’ve been a Realtor for almost two years now and it’s been beautiful. The experience and exposure are mind boggling; from going to different conventions/conferences to meeting different dignitaries and touring round Nigeria and some African countries. In summary, Real Estate is an evergreen journey that  keeps blowing her character’s minds.

NAPS PRESS: Why do you think people should invest in Real estate considering that most people believe Agriculture is more lucrative than Real estate?

Nellyz: First and foremost, Real estate according  to -John Jacob Astor cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care. It is about the safest investment in the world. What most people don’t know about Real Estate is that a farmer must invest in a land first therefore buy a land before embarking on the full agricultural engagement.

Hence, Real estate is generally a great investment option. It can generate ongoing passive income; as a farmer, the land you bought is yours and could still be sold somewhat in the future when you retire from farming; and that’s why it’s a good long-term investment if the value increases over time. You may even use it as a part of your overall strategy to begin building wealth.

NAPS PRESS: How have you been able to merge studying philosophy with being a realtor?

Nellyz: Sincerely, it has been easy so far but I’ve been able to manage my different and challenging schedules in both voyages judiciously.

NAPS PRESS: What is your advice for those who intend to be a studentprenuer like you?

Nellyz: My advise for anyone who’s still thinking through one is to never be discouraged in stepping out of his/her comfort room and go get that goal. The journey of a thousand years they say, begins with a step, don’t wait to start something, start one and wait patiently to grow.

NAPS PRESS: Over time how has the economy affected Real estate business?

Nellyz: It's a general principle in Real Estate that the economy always affect the demand and availability of properties. When economic times are good, certain parts of the Real Estate market usually see healthy growth. Eg Housing markets since it’s an essential part of human needs. When economic times aren't so good, those same parts don't tend to do too well. The economy affects the overall Real Estate market.

NAPS PRESS: Shout out?

Nellyz: My shoutout goes out to everyone  striving and pushing to be better version of themselves because it’s really going to pay off soon. Be encouraged with this great words of a renowned scholar

“I don’t think of a man who’s not wiser today than he was yesterday”

NAPS PRESS: How can your eligible customers reach out to you ?

Nellyz: Oh, thank you for this opportunity. I can be reached via these means: WhatsApp business #: 07052095698 Email: gabrielisaiah546@gmail.com
