We are back with another podcast session. It has been a while and Ican honestly say that we have missed you all.
My name is Claire and I would be your beautiful host (yes, I called myself beautiful😂).
Today we would be talking about BREAKING BAD HABITS!!Interesting? I know!
What are habits you might ask, well, habits are something that you do often. Repetition can create habits. For example, without realizing it we take our baths, brush our teeth and do our daily routines every morning. Without really paying attention to the directions, we can mentally cruise down well-known roads. This is because we are used to these things, we have done it so often that ithas become completely normal. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. The thing is habits can be both good or bad and that’s what makes it so scary. As easy as it is to form a good habit, it is also so easy to form a bad one.
- Stay away from tempting circumstances: it is smart to avoid situations that tempt you or push you to indulge in your bad habits. If you have a habit of smoking and you want to stop it smart to avoid hanging out with friends that smoke. Do not put yourself in situations that would tempt you. You know what they say “it is better safe than sorry
Bad habits might be hard to break but it is not impossible. You can break any habit you do not want with discipline and consistency. And don’t worry you won’t have to go on this journey alone, we would go on it together.
