UISU: STUDENTS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SCHOOL PORTAL CAN WRITE TO DEAN OF STUDENTS.

The Students’ Union of University of Ibadan under the leadership of Adewole Yinka has urged students having difficulties in paying school fees or register for courses to write letter directly to the Dean of Student, Prof. Keye Abiona

In a statement titled “Notice on School Payment Portal” signed by the President, he announced that affected students can submit letter to the Union’s General Secretary and rest assured that it will get to the Dean of Students.

It reads partly: “The Students' Union wishes to inform all students who are currently experiencing difficulties with paying their school fees on the portal and registering for their courses that they can directly write to the Dean of Students' to explain their challenges. This will enable the Dean to understand the specific issues that students are facing and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

“Once you have done so, please submit a copy of your letter to the Students' Union General Secretary office. Our team will ensure that your letter is properly submitted and that you receive a response from the Dean of Students

“We would like to inform you that student(s) who have already submitted letter(s) regarding these issues have been attended to. If you have not yet received a response, please do not hesitate to contact the Students' Union for assistance.”
