Garri Pudding in the place of Oats

There have been a lot of evolving garri recipes all over the internet. This particular pudding recipe took the spotlight. It could easily pass for a breakfast option on a Monday morning before lectures, in place of the usual oats which unfortunately have become a luxury good. Don’t know how to make this recipe? We’ve got you.

All you have to do is:

• Soak your desired amount of garri in water and drain the shafts.

 • Then transfer to a pot, add little water, and allow to cook for a few minutes until it has a consistency similar to that of cooked oats.

• Serve in your favourite bowl along with some milk and a good amount of sugar.
