The Examinations, Records and Adminstrative Data Division, Examination unit University of Ibadan has announced that the Add and Delete form for the 2021/2022 session is now available online for students and there would be no extension of the deadline for submission.
The announcement was made through an internal memorandum dated March 13, 2023, from the Examinations Officer of the school to all Faculty Officers.
According to the Memorandum, 'Applicants are requested to make a print out of the form which should be taken to appropriate faculties or departments to be endorsed by Deans of Faculties or Head of Departments concerned.”
Following this, applicants are expected to make final submission at the Adminstrative Data Processing Unit (ADPU) and the Examination, Records & Administration Data Processing Division (ERA).
Interested students are expected to come for their final submissions From Monday, March 13, 2023 to Friday, 7 April, 2023 and requested to attach five recent and identical passport photographs, photocopy of online course registration and identity card when coming for their final submission.
