Banana Pancake

You
might be wondering what banana pancake is all about again but you should know
that your regular banana can be enjoyed in a different and delicious way.
You
might not be a breakfast eater based on one or more reasons but you know skipping
breakfast is not a good nutrition habit and you should resist from such habit
so as not to reduce your balance diet steeze.
Before
stepping out of your room on a Friday morning, just dedicate a few minutes to
making this yummy and milky banana pancake.
The
ingredients required are: Banana, Eggs, Milk (liquid), Flour, Baking Powder,
Sugar, Vanilla Extract.
Steps to follow:
1.
Peel bananas into a bowl (the quantity of the banana depends on your
preference).
2.
Mash the peeled bananas together.
3.
Add an egg with one teaspoon of vanilla flavor.
4. Add 1½ cup of liquid milk.
5. Mix everything together until
well combined
6. After mixing everything, mix
another bowl of flour, six teaspoons of baking powder and mix untill it is well
combined.
7.
Then add your wet ingredient (mashed banana, egg, vanilla flavor and liquid
milk) into the flour mixture.
8.
Add your desirable quantity of Sugar.
9.
Add another ¼ cup of water only if your ingredients is too thick.
10.
Set your ingredient aside for five minutes.
11.
While setting your mixed ingredient aside for few minutes, add some butter into
the pan.
12.
You can then fry your wet ingredient for about three to five minutes. Don't
forget to flip it over until both sides are well fried.
And
there you have your banana pancake! You can enjoy it with some honey or
smoothie.
