Phitchen: Adding nutrients to your bread

Philosophy kitchen

Eating bread is a normal thing in every student’s life. It is one of the easiest and most accessible food, but, it can be rather boring. So here is a fun, easy and cheap to spice up your bread breakfast.

It needs just four ingredients

* Sardines

* Butter

* Sliced bread

* Black or Cayenne pepper (optional)

1- Sardines from a can should be opened, added to a bowl with butter, cayenne pepper, or black pepper, and mixed thoroughly.

2- One third of the sardine/butter mixture should be placed on a slice of bread, which should then be spread on a plate or cutting board.

3- Add another slice of bread to the one that has been smeared with the sardine and butter mixture.

4- Cut the sandwich into 2 triangles. You can also cut into rectangles and cut up to 4 fingers.

Till the bread and sardine mixture is gone, repeat the previous stages. I don't remove the bread's crusts, but you are welcome to do so.

Enjoy with tea or a cold drink or water
